  • WRTG 4910 - Independent Readings in Rhetoric, Discourse, and Writing (1-3) must be preapproved 

Philosophy & Ethics

Complete at least one course:

History & Literature

Complete at least one course: 

  • HIST 4080 - History of Medicine in Western Society (3)
  • HUM 4700 - Medicine and Literature (3)
  • ENGL 3060 - Literature,  Medicine, Society (3)
  • ENGL 5820 - Disability in Literature and Film (3)

Electives

Choose two additional courses from the three categories listed above to reach 18 credit hours: communication & writing, philosophy & ethics, or history and literature. You can take a maximum of two courses per group.
